Kim Viljac

Executive Director

Kim has served as Market Manager/Executive Director since the fall of 2010. She has called the Lowcountry home for over 25 years. Kim is originally from South Florida and received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida. She lives in Bluffton with her husband Thomas and their two sons, Mac and Ben. She enjoys sharing her passion of healthy living and community spirit with others. When she is not fostering relationships with local farmers, businesses, and other non-profit organizations, Kim can be found on the water enjoying the lowcountry’s beautiful rivers, beaches, marshes, and sandbars with family and friends.


Nicki Graziani

Market Assistant

Nicki Graziani is a Hilton Head Island native, spent a few years in Savannah, and Bluffton called her back home in 2016. She is currently the Operations Manager for the Historic Bluffton Foundation at the Heyward House Museum & Cultural Center, focusing on historic and cultural preservation of Bluffton and surrounding areas. Additionally, Nicki is the Operations Manager for The Grind Roasters, a local coffee house and roastery started right here in Bluffton. This will be Nicki's fifth year as the Market day helper and looking forward to many more years!

Fun Factoid - I was one of the first hundred babies born at Hilton Head Hospital. My name is on a plack in that hospital to this very day.
